By using our website or accessing an interactive map, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

TopMap Solutions provides GIS consulting, land parcel mapping, geospatial data processing, geodatabase development, CAD-to-GIS conversion, and interactive web mapping services.

3. Interactive Map Demonstrations

Interactive maps provided as demonstrations are intended primarily for visualization, project presentation, and evaluation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, demonstration maps should not be treated as official cadastral, survey, engineering, legal, navigation, or property-boundary records.

4. Accuracy of Map Information

Geographic information may contain inaccuracies resulting from the original source data, georeferencing, coordinate transformations, digitization, imagery, or other processing.

Users should verify important measurements, boundaries, ownership information, engineering information, and other critical data against authoritative sources before making decisions based on a map.

5. Client-Provided Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and authorization to provide files, drawings, maps, images, GIS datasets, and other materials to TopMap Solutions.

Clients should not provide confidential, restricted, personal, or third-party information unless they are authorized to do so and it is necessary for the project.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original project materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TopMap Solutions retains ownership of its website, software, reusable code, tools, templates, and other materials developed independently of a specific client's original data, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Digital Products and Licenses

TopMap software products, including Parcel Buddy and future digital products, may require a valid license, activation, supported host application, internet connection, or compatible operating environment. Product-specific documentation and system requirements form part of the conditions for supported use.

License keys and activation tokens are confidential credentials. You must not publish, share, resell, or use them beyond the purchased license scope. We may suspend or revoke access associated with fraud, unauthorized distribution, abuse, or a material breach of the applicable license terms.

8. Digital Product Refunds

Digital product purchases are generally final after delivery or activation. Verified crashes or material failure of documented core functionality may qualify for support, replacement, correction, or refund review after reasonable remediation attempts have failed. 9. Availability

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue website features or demonstration maps at any time.

Temporary demonstration links may also expire after the demonstration period communicated to the client.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website and interactive maps may rely on third-party services such as basemap providers, hosting services, libraries, or external websites. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TopMap Solutions is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on demonstration maps, inaccurate source data, third-party services, or unauthorized use of information provided through the website.

12. Project Agreements

Paid projects may be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement will govern that project.
